Local Cuisine

112
Momma probably should have stopped him, and she did right after this picture, but what a great shot of the Big One tasting the local cuisine!

The Big One is still Little

002 (2)
We picked the Big One up from the church nursery the other day. He had an accident, and they reached into his bag to find a new pair of pants. Instead of putting his back up pair of pants, they put him in the Little One’s back up pants.
The sad part? They actually fit just fine around the waist.

A Visit from Gumbo, Part III

132

The Big One loved playing and reading and being with his Gumbo. However, trying to get a nice posed shot of a two-year old is a bit like nailing Jell-O to a tree. Gumbo said for almost a full week, and the boys loved every minute of it (despite this humorous photo evidence)!!

A Visit from Gumbo, Part II

086

One morning, before Momma went to work, the whole family went to the playground. It was chilly, but not too cold, and Gumbo chased the Big One all around the playground. They rode on slides, climbed fish bone ladders, and by the end of it, Gumbo was just a little worn out :)

A Story

Momma was taking pictures of a happy Little One. He was smiling and sweet and Momma wanted to make sure she took as many pictures of the Little One as she did the Big One at the same age.

The Big One wanted his picture taken too. He tried to climb into the swing with the little one. Momma scolded him for hurting the Little One. This made the Big One sad.

Momma told the Big One that she couldn’t take his picture if he were crying. If he smiled, Momma would take his picture.

Happy Halloween!

My blue eyed boys in their costumes!

Happy Halloween from the boys! Here are the fighter pilot and skeleton kicking back at the aquarium, enjoying Trick or Treating and sea creatures. What a wonderful way to spend an evening. The boys also enjoyed time at the Battleship, the Children’s Museum, our Church, the mall and even a few neighborhood apartments on Halloween night. Halloween might be Momma’s new favorite holiday (minus the mall)!
